The home of Sid and Randy Rae Britt was destroyed by fire over the weekend...

A fire destroyed the home of well known northwest rodeo figures Sid and Randy Rae Britt over the weekend. A hot four wheeler apparently started the blaze. Reports are that their home burned to the ground.

Sid and Randy are two of the most active promoters of the sport of rodeo in the northwest. Randy Rae is a five time Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo, who got there both as a circuit finals average winner and as a circuit champion. She has been the WPRA's Columbia River Circuit director for several years. Sid has competed in almost every event in his life, he has been the hazer at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in each of the last three years for bulldogging qualifier Trevor Knowles.
