This weekend I'll be announcing the Dodge Columbia River Circuit Finals...

Circuit Finals Rodeos are on the schedule this weekend in the Columbia River Circuit, the Turquoise Circuit, and the Mountain States Circuit.

The Mountain States Circuit Finals starts Thursday night in Denver.  The Turquoise Circuit FInals in Las Cruces, NM gets underway on a new date in a new location on Friday, and the Columbia River Circuit Finals begins Friday night at 7:30 in Redmond, Oregon.

The Columbia River Circuit Finals trails only the Montana's circuit finals as the highest paying circuit finals rodeos in the PRCA.  This year's rodeo will attract World Champions Bobby Mote (bareback riding) and Brad Gleason (steer wresting), and Mike Beers (team roping), newly crowned Canadian tie down roping champion Tyson Durfey from Washington, and National Finalists Shawn Greenfield, Trevor Knowles and Tony Currin (steer wrestling), Jason Havens (bareback riding), Zeb Lanham and JC Bean (bullriding), Jeff and Amy Coelho (tie down roping and barrel racing), Kelli Currin (barrel racing), Brad Goodrich (tie down roping) and Jason Stewart, Brady Minor, Matt Funk, and Bucky and BJ Campbell (team roping).

B.J. Campbell will take the lead in the circuit's all-around race into the finals.  He'll be competing in both the steer wresltling and the team roping and has won more than $24,000 this year.

The Dodge Columbia River Circuit Finals, Presented by Amerititle, gets underway with a timed event horse sale Thursday, November 16 at 6:30.  The first performance of the rodeo is Friday night, November 17 at 7:30.  Saturday will be a busy day with the steer roping and permit barrel racing finals in the morning followed by the WPRA luncheon and fashion show and featuring seminars and committee meetings throughout the day.  The Saturday night performance also gets underway at 7:30.  The annual Breakfast of Champions will be held Sunday morning at 9:00 with the final performance, which is part of the Tough Enough to Wear Pink program, Sunday afternoon at 1:30.
